Had we have been able to have our full stay in Carlton Beach we would have been perfectly happy.
Lovely view of the sea from the balcony. The room had a safe and fridge and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok - nothing outstanding, but acceptable.
We booked for seven nights in the hotel. We were told on our second day that we would have to move to another hotel after five nights as building works would be commencing. We weren't too happy about this as it was quite an inconvenience. We were told we were moving to a sister hotel, which was said to be very nice. However, after we had packed up and shown to the other hotel we were absolutely horrified that it was not at all up to the standards of Carlton Beach. The room was small, no safe or fridge and the view was of roof tops and washing hanging out to dry. The bathroom left much to be desired. The breakfast was minimal - they didn't even have English breakfast tea. The two nights in this hotel totally ruined our holiday. Surely if you have been given the inconvenience of moving hotels you should be offered the same facilities or even better as compensation.

1. I like the position of our room, you can see the panoramic view of the seaside 2. The receptionists are helpfull 3. The location of the hotel, near the beach, near restaurants, pharmacy 4. Free Bicycle use for first 2 hours
1. Breakfast - 8 consecutive breakfast and its all d same from day 1. They atleast changed the menu every other day 2. We 4 adults but the bath towel they provided is 3 sometimes 2. 3. AC in our connecting room is not good, i mean they should controlled it because we are total of 5 persons inside. Should be 23°C. 4. Vault - no instruction how to operate.
